AKANIS TECHNOLOGIES is a French company dedicated to designing and manufacturing air-mix lottery draw machines that set the standard for transparency, reliability and innovation. 

With three decades of experience and clients on every continent since 1996, we provide state-of-the-art solutions for National Lotteries and gaming organizations looking to ensure the integrity and visual appeal of their draws.

Air-Mix Technology

We exclusively produce air-mix draw machines, a method proven to deliver highly transparent (with the capture of the winning numbers at the top part of the mixing chamber), randomized and unbiased results through the use of airflow which is ideal for both high-profile televised draws and high-frequency games.

Every machine is operated via a dedicated PC interface offering two modes of operation:

  • Manual Mode so the operator can activate each element of the machine independently
  • Automatic Mode for seamless execution of pre-programmed draws, where all draws’ parameters have been predefined, including display, and results/reports generation. The draw will be performed without any human intervention from the launch of the draw until the automatic transmission of draw results to the customer’s IT central system and draw reports by Email to the Lottery’s management

This flexibility allows operators to adapt the draw process to the context, whether it’s a live broadcast, a recorded one, a demo session, or tests draws.

Thanks to the operations software, “Draw Machines Management Center” – (DMMC) developed by AKANIS TECHNOLOGIES, all actions are logged and traceable, with user rights, timestamped events, draw data archives, and automatic error reporting. Our software supports audit trails, providing transparency before, during, and after each draw and can be integrated with any external system for seamless operation.

For enhanced automation and security, our systems can be equipped with RFID. This allows the drawn numbers to be automatically detected and verified in real time, reducing human error, increasing speed, and ensuring an additional layer of transparency.

While functionality is paramount, our machines are also designed to be visually striking with their exclusive features such as retractable loader, integrated -curved- LED screen and wireless push button. From materials to lighting and brand integration, we can tailor each unit to fit your studio or brand identity.

Each machine is thoroughly tested in-house before shipping and can be certified, upon request, by world-wide recognized independent laboratories such as Bureau Veritas, GLI, BMM… The draw balls we manufacture are also subject to precision testing (diameter, and weight) and delivered with full certification upon request.

AKANIS TECHNOLOGIES’ foam drawing ball sets – with or without RFID feature for automatic recognition of the drawn numbers – are produced in-house. The RFID version includes a microchip embedded in each ball, allowing for real-time identification and verification of the drawn numbers by the draw system. In order to manage those balls sets, we have developed the Drawing Balls Validation System.

The balls can be fully customized in terms of colors, numbering, logos, or other visual elements to meet the specific branding or operational requirements of each lottery.
